Project Overview
Context
Most dance events focus on volume rather than quality, leading to fragmented learning and limited long-term engagement.
The opportunity was to design a high-quality, curated experience that combines learning, community, and progression.

Designed the full product experience (curriculum, tracks, pricing, community model)
Built a curated selection and onboarding process to maintain quality
Scaled the event to 400+ participants from 40+ countries
Generated ~1,000 applications within the first hour of launch
Iterated the product annually based on user feedback and behaviour
Expanded into digital content and community engagement beyond the event
Key Highlights

Why this matters
Designing products isn’t just about interfaces, it’s about behaviour, community, and value creation.
This work shows how product thinking can be applied beyond traditional tech to build scalable, meaningful experiences.
